The fish are safe to eat, but I would make sure to cook thoroughly. Bluegill are intermediate hosts to a type of bass tapeworm, 100 percent of bluegill have been positive for them that I've found but the tapeworm likely won't utilize human hosts. However. the big white tapeworm in the mantua gills, perch and lmb could likely utilize a general variety of hosts. All will be killed by cooking. Cook thoroughly and you will be fine. Mantua has been deliberately treated with herbicide by the city at one point but hopefully has been flushed out by now.
