Not according to the 3 million more people who actually voted for her. Just so you're aware, Trump is actually AGAINST public lands that are currently under federal management from being transferred to the states. Even in National Parks and Monuments there is multiple use including grazing, logging, mining, and drilling and YES you can fish or hunt in them! I'm sorry but obviously you haven't read that anything democrats wanted to do with guns(aka the second amendment) had to do ONLY with assault rifles, the Charleston loophole, and screening for crazies! I'm sorry but the abortion issue doesn't happen enough in late term abortions when the fetus is actually alive to be a significant political swayer, it's extremely hypocritical when technology today allows couples who naturally couldn't have children to have children, everyone uses contraceptives or birth control today, many of these people getting abortions were raped, it's ridiculous how people act like the people getting abortions wanted to get one and aren't dened by it, whether you like the person having the abortion or not, the child of that person would most likely have a terrible life, and beyond which it's extremely hypocritical that republicans want as little government in their life as possible but they want the government to decide whether a mother can have an abortion, and it's also hypocritical how republicans don't think gun control laws will do anything but then they want a law for abortions and think it's going to work. There aren't enough illegal's to be entering the country to worry about, no they aren't stealing high pay jobs, and maybe we should look at the cause of them wanting to enter the country illegally in the first place. By the way I'm shocked at hearing what some people complain about their tax payer money going towards, and wonder if you're really happy about your tax payer money going towards building this wall?
I don't care if it's 20 pages. I would love to hear how your life was so much better 16-9 years ago when a Republican named Bush was president? It's funny because while I don't think Obama was the greatest including being a change maker, he had to deal with republicans blocking what he had to do and fix a lot of problems that Bush left us with that carried into Obama's term as president. Where are you getting this random information like "liberals are burning down entire forests"? I'm sorry but you're not going to win a battle with me about federal and state management when that's what my degree is all about. Any complaints you or even I have about management is regarding a complex issue that should be looked at to improve operations but NOT completely killed or desecrated like Trump is doing with Obamacare. Look, Obamacare had a lot of flaws but they were wounds that could be fixed and now Trump has broken an entire system and left millions of people in a HORRIBLE situation. You really want to talk about state land being given away? That's one of the only things I agree with Trump on. Field and Stream Magazine actually interviewed him last year and that's where he told them he knew what state government would do. Utah State government has sold over 50% of public lands since granted to statehood.
Bovineowner I think that you are taking all of what I say personally. If you want my honest but simple opinion of ranchers, I'll give it to you. I think most(not all) ranchers know how to use their land sustainably. What do I think about grazing on public lands? I don't think it's ecologically unsustainable if it's managed for. I'm not the biggest fan of it when I drive to Mirror Lake or whatever and those animals are blocking the road, might be in or near areas I want to explore, and I definitely don't like that I better bring a water purifier if I want to go back country camping now days. But I can't use the ecologically unsustainable argument. I think there are some republicans who care about the environment, recreation rights, and or sustainability. BUT there hasn't been ONE to run for president, senator, house of representatives, etc. I never said I don't think you know how to use your land sustainably. But I can't support a candidate like Trump or most of the people he's trying to appoint so far. They aren't you.
I would still be interested in meeting you, seeing your ranch, or even doing something like fishing with you. But I really don't think I can talk about politics.
