Has anyone heard of ice conditions at Oakley? I figure if SFCR is solid, Oakley should be good, but would like an actual report if anyone has been there this ice season.

A week ago Tuesday it was a solid 5 inches probably 10" now from boat ramp area south. To the North immediately above point just North of trapper creek bay ice was unsafe and there was open water areas up by the dam. Fishing was so so with majority of fish being the late Oct planters in the 10" range with a handful of 2 and a half pounders. All we caught were the fall planters. Probably only fished based on holes seen a day or two before we got there.
