Does anyone have experience ice-fishing on Alexander Reservoir?
Any information on good places to try for perch would be greatly appreciated.

Montpelier will be my back-up if I can't get into any at Alexander. I recently moved to Soda Springs so Alexander is close enough that I might be able to start hitting it after work.
But since you brought up Montpelier reservoir, do you have any suggestions for perch and kokanee?
I don't have a flasher, so I typically am very mobile and spread out until I hone in on specific location on any given water body and day.

I put up a post on Montpelier a few weeks ago. The perch are out of control in there. You can set up a little kid in a hole and he will catch all the perch he wants without any help there are so many in there. I like to fish the far side down towards the dam. There is a point out there. My wife and I both limited out on Koks between landing perch. Pink has always been the hot color for koks and it was very effective there. Find deeper water 30' and set your kok setups at the 10 to 12 and wait for the fireworks. Setting those up higher keeps some of the perch off in the mornings. By afternoon the perch are so high up that nothing will keep them off, shallow or deep.
Take a look at post on 1/27, I have a zip picture on my four wheeler of BAGS-O-PERCH. Not huge, but lots of fun.
Happy fishing!
