My weekend wolf hunt.

The goal? To kill a wolf on video. Didn't quite get there, but I'm not sure how we didn't. Seems they were everywhere except in sight.

I know I will get one. I am a persistent cuss.

What I really want is for YOU to get one...... And your brothers, sisters, mom, dad, uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, all your friends friends, etc. to infinity to go get some too!

Way too many out there to please me. If I had it my way, you'd be required to spend at least 3 days putting in good effort to kill a wolf before you'd be allowed to purchase a deer or elk tag.

This particular hunt started near Clayton and ended over by Grand Jean, but most of the video came from near Sunbeam.

I'll go just about anywhere in that state I think I can find a wolf, which could be anywhere in the state. I've seen them twice on the outskirts of Boise, so you could find one just about anywhere.

Dang dude you got some lungs, thats quite a howl yer belting out.

You might want to try a Coyote howler with barks and yipes thrown in, That's worked pretty good for us so far.
