#1
Hi All,

I am new to this awesome site and new to tubing, I am looking to hookup with some tubers from the Fresno area. Does anyone know if there are any of them in this area?

Thanks,

Welcome aboard and thanks for the question.

You are the first Tuber that has registered from Fresno. I have a feeling that there are a few more out there, it would just be a matter of waithing for them to join the site.

If you need any help on getting rigged up or to answer any of the other hundred or so questions from new Tubers, feel free to drop by the Float Tubing board that wer have here.

There is an extensive archive listed there with lots of pictures and explinations of what other Tubers have done to their crafts.

You can still post your fishing reports down here in the Cali section as well as the Float Tubing board.[cool]

Ya, I saw some of these cool setups. I am going to try to build me a rod rack like some of the ones in the pictures. Just need to setup the time.

Thanks,

They are pretty quick and easy to build.

A good saw, a little pvc, glue and your imagination is all it takes.

From there, you will just need a few quick clips, some parachute cord and a few rods to fill in the holes.[cool]

You can get the smaller Carabiner type at Harbor Freight or home depot. They look like this:

You can also get the other key holder style from your local auto parts stores or Harbor Freight that look like this but without the cord:
