Tomorrow: Additional snow tapering off: 1-3" most areas. 2-4 near
straits.

NORTHERN LOWER:
Tonight: Heavy snow north of M-72 6-8" possible with some early icing
Heaviest near Lake Huron. Soth, icing first may be haeavy then 2-4" snow
Winds: Windy NNE to NW 10-20 Lows: 20-24
Tomorrow: Snow tapering off; 1-3" generally 2-4 inches near Grand
Traverse and Lake Huron shores
Winds: Windy NNE to NW 10-20 Highs: 26-30
CENTRAL LOWER:
Tonight: Freezing rain early with 2-4" snow late. Icing may be heavy
in spots.
Winds: Northerly 10-20 Lows: 25-29
Tomorrow: Morning flurries 1-2"; cold and breezy; peaks of afternoon

POWER OUTAGES: Over 40,000 Michigan residents were without power today.
That includes nearly 10,000 in northern Michigan. Residents in Mason,
Oceana, Lake, Newago, Osceola, and Mecosta counties are experiencing power
outages. Great Lakes Energy said falling trees and limbs collapsing under
the weight of ice and snow are causing the widespread power line damage.
Consumers Energy reported more than 75,000 customers have been effected by
the weather related outages since yesterday afternoon.
