Anything you want
#1
[black]I was reading another forum (sorry I strayed for a minute, but I am back)[/black]
[black]Anyway, a thread started out asking a legitimate question and has now turned into 10 pages of just about everything.[/black]
[black]So, why don't we just talk about anything we want and keep adding to it. Talk about anything you want![/black]
[black][/black]

I washed the Saltwater off of my Float tube only to have it rain the next day. Go figure.[cool]

Speaking of figures....what do you think of Brittany Spears' new hair cut! or lack of.....what the h@%$#* is she thinking! Besides the fact she has big ears!

I don't think she is playing with a properly filled tube (full deck). Figure it out. Just out of a rehab/detox class, goes to the barber, then to the local paint shop(tattoo parlor)

Ooooops she did it again.........[crazy]

[black]So, what good is a tat on your head? When she regains consciousness, she will re-grow her hair. I liked that she said she didn't like people touching her hair![/black]

Doesn't like people touching her hair?? I guess that's why the first person at the barber shop refused to shave here head. I guess that he too, thought that she would look hidiously dumb![laugh]

[black]Speaking of hilarious! I would have to say the funniest thing I wittnessed, was my sister trying to take a leak out on the water in a potoon boat....with chest waders on! mShe was sprawled out like Linda Blare walking down the stairs in the Excorsist![/black]

[green]I think that it is about time for her to take up fly fishing. She just has too much time on her hands worrying about nothing. [/green]
[green]Hey TN2 when is it a good time to get up to Bishop, Crowley Lake & beyond? Like I don't want to bother with chains. Besides do they make chains for tubes?[Wink][/green]

You can actually go up there, safely, any time after March. They are having their Trout Opener coming up soon. Most of the areas are off limits until the Opener near the end of April.

I tend to stay away from that area untill Memorial Day. Most of the fuss is over and there is plenty of room to fish.

If you want to go up to Crowley, they have a large area just for tubes and toons.

I will be going up for Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend just like every year. Let me know if you would like to meet up there or even caravan up there.

I have a few spots on the Lower Owens that are prime for the FF fanatic and affords lots of casting room.

Renegades, Wooley Buggers and Royal Coachmans seem to be the ticket up there during that time.[cool]

[green]Thanks TN2 I might consider that Memorial Day trip. However, being a holiday weekend isn't the traffic a little crazy? Unfortunately since I am no longer restricted in my activites I might do a trip or two in April & May.[/green]

I usually go up on the Friday. I leave by 10 or 12 noon and get there around 4 hours later. That is just ahead of the traffic.

I also come back late on Sunday or early on Monday depending on the bit. I always try to get a last fly flogg in before leaving and then I play a few areas of Bishop Creek and Bakers Creek on the way back.[cool]
