Pike Time
#1
Went out fishing in the pouring rain yesterday but, it was WELL worth it. We got out on the ice at about 11:00 and set up all of our tip ups. There was 4 of us fishing. The action never stopped, we were constantly running at flags. At the end of the day, we had caught 48 Pike and one 17 inch walleye. We only had one small pike (below 20 inches) and I caught 2 pigs, a 34 inch and a 31 inch. Look at my pictures for the ones we kept.

chillingly cool...

I too went out in the pouring down rain yesterday, stood on the end of my dock wishing we had ice, I cast for a couple hours not a single hit, no minow in shore,

there was about 48 ducks on one side of the dock and about twice that many on the other side, all laughing at me,,,,

that concludes another no ice fishing report from detroit michigan.

I talked to my sorce up in manistee michigan, no ice up that way either, for that matter no snow!
