[cool]This was an awesome fishing trip, i took my niece and nephew fishing on lake hudson and we picked an area where there were dead pan fish floating all over the shore line. Can anyone tell me why they were all over the shoreline like that? Heres a clue, all the fish on the shoreline were missing the back half of there body mostly the tail. Anyone? Anyone? It's because we were fishing off the shore where it was pretty shallow for about 20 feet er so out then it dropped off to 24 feet and the Tiger Musky were waiting. We caught some bluegill and sunfish and even a largemouth bass all from a bobber and a worm. The boaters going by all said they had a good day fishing, some with pike some with musky catches. most were using live bait. Minnows seemed to be doing really well. We took pictures of the fish we caught but my neice and nephew didn't seem to understand the concept of putting my hat in the picture so i could post them on the 16 species contest but i will try to enter them anyway. But besides the line tangling and mosquito fighting this is an awesome lake to fish, here is a picture that we took of my nephew catching a bluegill that a lake resident wanted back.. this is great!
