you all remember that polar bear that peta fought the circus for a few years back?

it may be in need of another home, it curently resides in the detroit zoo after being extradited from the mexico circus. aperently detroit is flat broke and cant afford to feed and house it. "smart going PETA"

now the poor bear is facing being put down or auctioned off to the highest bidder. yep that could even mean a coat factory.

detroit has turned over the handling of the zoo over to the hands of a volunteer zoo society a couple weeks ago. but with out money I dont know how they are going to function with out it. they are in need of 5 milllion this year alone. seems to me if peta wanted to realy care for that bear when they took it from the circus that they could have taken all them donated dollars to see that the bear would be in proper care for life and not just handed the responcibility over to some one else.

they never fail to suprize me how they fail to look ahead before setting forth thier actions.

the state of michigan was talking about giving the zoo 4 million. the fate of the bear along with everything else there is up in the air. detroit had an aquarium up till this last winter, all the fish made it to the mayors silver plate....LOL must have been one big fish fry.

I realy dont know what happened to them they keep that hush hush but the fish are no longer there. where was the peta money there?

as with all charitable organizations they only have to spend 6% of their anual income on the actual cause or give it to another cheritable organization.... if peta members realy knew they are just paying to keep some one else eatin high on the hog... LITTERALY
[Tongue] Pass me another BBQ Rib please....

If you want to have some real fun, open up a hot dog stand near where they are protesting

and if ya want to get down right dirty advertise meat dogs as vegie dogs. "Peaple Eating Taisty Animals"

I realy have to ask my self, I wonder how many times that has really happened...[crazy]

[cool][#0000ff]Those PETA folks may be smarter than they look or sound. They hassle little old ladies wearing fur coats but they don't mess around with bikers wearing leather.[/#0000ff]

[cool][#0000ff]Yeah, I know there are some good folks in your state. I worked two years for a company out of New Haven and had to spend a lot fo time back there. Couldn't stand the "Yalies" but some of the others in the company showed me a good time while I was back there. Didn't get to fish much, but did get to sample some ponds and rivers. Oh yeah, got to play with some stripers and other fishies on the sound too.[/#0000ff]
