I will be in Boise for a few days toward the end of May and was looking for some advice on where to fish. I like to fish for trout, bass, or panfish. Any direction and tips on local techniques would be very appreciated.
Thanks

Hoosier, I am going to be up there around the same time and a while back I found this post which talks about Brownlee Res. They thought it was about 30 min north of Boise. I hope to go up there and get into some crappie as well. I hope this link works. Jake

Thanks for the reply to our posts. I will be coming up in two weeks and would love to make it worth the drive up. I will try and contact you as we get closer. Thanks again, Jake

Brownlee is a good place to go if your interested in warm water species. There are a number of urban fishing spots to cast a line if you don't have time to drive.

Thanks everyone for the help. Hopefully I can catch some fish when I'm up there.
