What a shame

Actions like this certainly won't encourage the property owners to open The Knolls to the public.

Welcome to the "It's all about me!" generation Kent.   Big Grin

While all the waterfront area is privately owned (both company & individual ownership), there isn't any development there and the owners could probably care less.  I'm guessing none of it is fenced at present and the value of the property isn't worth fencing it IMHO.  It would be useless to post it without fencing it as the posting would be fairly well ignored and the signage would disappear in short order I would guess.  Also hard to imagine the Sherriff would spend any time in having it patrolled on any kind of a regular basis.

But hey, I've never been there and don't have any plans to go there in the future.

I think the owners care a lot what happens there, that is why they closed the area to anglers (for awhile) because of all of the trash and other issues.

I wouldn't know that as I've never been there or had a reason to go there, so I'll accept your view of the situation. Smile

I have actually considered stopping our videos for similar reasons. I like helping people find a fish and love hearing from someone that a suggestion I had helped them, but after returning to places I have filmed and found them trashed I have to wonder if I have enabled some trashy people to mess things up for others..
