Some friends did well yesterday floating from the dam down to Spring. Said it was a bit cloudy and they did best on black streamers. The flows have come up some, though they were extremely low just before that. Just checked now and the flow is currently 2200, and it looks like they are starting to step them up in increments. Good luck if you get out.

Floated Lorenzo to Menan on Saturday with some friends. We did good but not great. Some on streamers but most on rapalas, we're obviously not purists. Had a great time, some sunburn, good company, and the river looked good. It's going to start climbing soon though. I also snagged 2 suckers in the head with a rapala. First one I thought was a big nasty brown trout, talk about your let downs! Didn't have my hopes up on the second one...

We floated Byington to Heise and did pretty well - caught about 15 fish in all. All on Rapalas.

The water was definitely coming up and getting dirty. Still a good time.
