Recent Catch on a Kayak (San Diego)

Hey guys,

A buddy and I made the travels to San Diego this past weekend to do some fishing on kayaks. There is a Hobie dealership on Mission Bay which holds an event called the Fishin Mission. For $100, you take one of their Pro Angler 14's out on the bay fishing for half a day. Then they feed you lunch and give you a bunch of free stuff. Well worth it, especially if you are looking to buy a Hobie.

Anyways, most of the fishing was for spotted bay bass, but I managed to land a nice halibut. Thought I would share with the crew here.

We did a half day charter boat on Sunday too and landed a few rockfish too.
