I have an Eskimo Quickflip Ice fishing shelter. I have pulled it around so much that I have worn holes in the bottom of the plastic sled. Anybody know a way to repair these holes so I can get another year or so out of this shelter?

DI usually has older pairs of skiis for $5 to $10 - throw a couple pair of the bottom attached to a piece on 1/4 inch plywood. should work for a year or two.

The ski suggestion made me think of something. The skis would work but use a piece of metal to attach instead. Wood rots after a while. You can get remnants for a great price at metal supermarket in Slc.
The other idea I am thinking of is use PVC for runners. I have seen this used on Boy Scout Klondike sleds and it works.
