Keep in mind the whole basis behind this site is promoting to the target market. You could have a featured fishing video here if you wanted to pay for it and had a fishing or outdoors related product.

No argument with the board making a profit, or with it placing paid-for ads. But I'd hope there would be some discretion in what to run. This is a junk product and having it as a featured item demeans the whole board and its management.

LOL, I believe it works on the bases of money, if you have money that you want to spend on advertisement, then why would BFT say no[crazy]. BFT is in the business of making money and when times are tough, like they are right now, why would they turn down money[:/]. It would be nice, if they were able to pick and choose what produces are allowed to advertise here but the fact that you are complaining about the ad shows, you at least looked at it, so mission accomplished[]. If you choose not to buy, that is not what BFT is about as far as advertisements go, it is just that you clicked on it and the system counts that as a win for them. Hope that helps.
