We are visiting Hilo next month and would like to take my 10 year old son on a 1/2 day fishing trip. Does anyone have any information on a good charter boat? Just looking to have some fun catch some fish with someone who would make it a memorable experience for my son and I. Thanks for any information.

Hilo usually has very rough water so you might consider driving to the Kona (calm) side for a charter. I think there is one fishing charter operating in Hilo. Google it.
