Standard examiner has a story about your ability to use 21st street pond for the next 50 years. Yeah its total BS... yeah its open to shore fishing but the rules there are totally unfair. Its not like its a hot spot fishery but it could be. Its really overgrown and difficult to fish in most spots. One day like 3 months ago I showed up with my waders and walked out a bit so I had room to cast my fly rod.. I was knocking the crap out of the baby bass and Blue gill with dry flies and some other guy that wasn't catching anything walks around to me and yells...The signs says...no unauthorized water craft, on swimming ,NO WADING!!! I knew that but... I was like less then 10 feet from the shore and there were no Goodie skiers on "their" pond. Thats the last time i bothered going there whitch is a shame because I live like a 1/2 a mile away from it.
