How do I remove FREEzeFrog Adware?

If anyone could tell me how to get rid of FREEzeFrog from my computer (short of reformatting) I would be grateful. Following instructions Online I first tried Spybots (it found and deleted one file). I then ran SuperAntiSpyware and it found and deleted over 400 files. However, FREEzeFrog is still there. I have tried Uninstalling the software and every time I highlight the file and click to uninstall my AVG anti-virus software goes nuts, because in the process of attempting to uninstall the file it releases an Adware file and the original file is still there. Extremely annoying and perhaps worse software.
