Anyone ever use one of these on there outboard?

I am thinking about buying one of these hydrofoil stabilizers for my 21' Center Console. I have a 2007 Evinrude ETEC 150 outboard.

Has anyone in here used one? Do you really get better performance?

My boat came with a similar designed one. I am not sure on the performance without one however. I also only have 35hp merc on a bass tracker.

From my experience you will more than likely loose a couple miles per hour top speed but you will plane faster and be able to stay on plane at lower speeds. With the one i have I get better speed/performance out of it once on plane by trimming up a bit.
