We just got off the ice of Cook Lake near Plymouth They are biting VERY light, but if you know how to fish, it wont be a problem, take your time, they are coming in small schools.
Fishing east end near old kids camp, 75+ 7-9" gills in two days. 5-8fow fishing thick weeds catching on small mud bug type jigs tipped with spikes. I have been getting on/off the ice via Cook Lake Ridge Rd. There is a pretty good trail laid through the slush if you park at the gray house with the big sail boat right on the road and head out from there. Good Luck and happy hooking.
