I was planning on going down to Millner Resivior this weekend and was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the conditions. I assume the water is high and murky but was wondering how bad it was effecting this fish. Also was wondering the average water temp. and if anyone was finding spawing bass yet. Also if anyone has any info for American Falls or Rire resivior as well. Thanks
