My dad came up with this invention about 5 years ago and I've been using them since. The other day I was fishing in a spillway for Northern pike. The guys next to me had to re-cast every 30 seconds, but the bulletbobber works like a planer board and kept my bait out in the center of the spillway towards the end of the faster current. I only casted 3 times (in 2 hours) and I caught 2 nice Northerns, they caught none. I guarantee it had something to do with the way I was fishing and not just dumb luck. If you wanna check them out click on this link http://www.bulletbobber.com. Thanks for looking and sorry if this seems like I'm just trying to spam. I mainly just wanna show off the video of one of the pike I caught the other day, and let you know what I was using and why it worked better.
P.S.
They also have worked good for me behind my house for crappie (Portage Lakes.) You can cast them like a normal bobber, but you can steer your bait/jigs around tree stumps, dock and branches. It really helped me get in by the structure without having to cast right into it and snag up. If you go to the link above, theres videos showing how it works. Thanks for reading and I'll post the pictures of the pike I've been catching when I get time!
