Im having hard time casting my full sink type IV 5wt line
out of my float tube.
Standing up it gets a little better. My question would
be what action rod would be the best for
that line.

5 is a fine rod. I admit I use 6 weight mostly on stillwater, because I can cast BIG flies.
My hubby uses 5 weight.
I have found some sinking lines just don't want to load up for some reason.
You know what I mean. You are false casting trying to feed line on the forward and normally you can feel it slide through your fingers. Or Double hauling, you feel that tug. But I have some sinking line, I swear I have to muscle and I just don't feel the load.
Maybe try it on a 4 weight or buy heavier line like a 6 weight.
I think it is my Rio sinking line. My Orvis sinking line casts great!

I use sink III and I don't have any problem with my 5 weights.

Absolutely. I have sinking line for my 4 weight and my 3 weight when I had it.

I think it maybe the rod.
My TFO Professional series casts all lines no problem
but this St.Croix Cabelas special just feels like a broom
stick and casts like a $hit. It was on sale from like $150
down to $60. I think Im going to replace it with Sage
Launch maybe.
I sure like that TFO a LOT.May I get one more TFO but
then I would like to try something new too. Hmmm.........
What to do ? What to do.................

Ok, I just got back from the park. I did try that line back to
back with both of those rods and the TFO cast that line
much much better.
I think I need one more TFO or try that Sage Launch.

Better hurry, Like Sage in the past, they come out with a killer rod to only discontinue it. Launch is going by by
