AR Questions

Been looking at all the AR 15's out there. Need some good advice on which are the top of the line.
Among Olympic, Stag Arms, DPMS, Colt, Rock River, Bushmaster, Daniel Defense and Smith and Wesson, it's really confusing.

Any advice here?

If you can afford the colt, no questions! do the colt, Bushmaster and rock river are both good. I have a Bushmaster that I like and have not had any problems with. Better built and dependability. You will not be disapointed.

I'd look at the Daniel Defense. Their rails which come standard are the best in the industry. Colt is a good choice. Stag, S&W and Rock River are about identical, They may be using different barrels but they are pretty mch Stag rifles. I do love the two stage trigger of the Rock Rivers however. I wouldn't touch Olympic personally. Bushmaster is hit or miss on what parts their building with. They are not a manufacturer. Actually only Stag, Colt and Daniel Defense are actual manufacturers, the others are just bought and assembled. I could do that in my basement.

What ever you buy, throw an EOTeh 512 on there. If you've never used them before you will be flat out amazed by how well they work.

Yup, I have a 553 on my PLR 16 and I too am in love with it.

+1 on the Eotech. I also have the 512 on mine and they are the S*&%! you will love it.
