I'm heading to Monroe Mtn. this weekend to scout for elk. I have an archery permit for this fall. Does anyone have any tips on what part of the Mtn. I should start looking? PM's would be welcome.

I drew a muzzloader tag in 2005. I would say check out the Browns dairy area, or the upper Box Creek area. I saw lots of bull elk and shot a really nice one.
