Around noon I checked the temp and it was 28...wow emoEek a heat wave compared to yesterday. I decided that by the time I got the boat ready and got to the lake it just might be above freezing. emoDance Did not have much time so I only hit four bass spots. First place nothing, second place at first nothing but switched off the buddy, blade and jerk, I slowed way down to just a shakey head. Felt a very slight tap and checked the line, loaded up, set the hook, had one on, got it half way to the boat and did an LDR. emoBig
At least now I knew they would bite something. Made several more casts working about 17 feet on a rock drop bank. Rod loaded and the first of five came in the boat. Had two more there and two more on the next bank I hit. All on a shakey head, 1/8th with a four inch worm. emoThumbsup Moved again to an old road bed and nothing, hit a bluff and nothing. Picked up my crappie rod and started hitting the bluff. I boated four crappie with two short and two monster slabs. emoThumbsup Had to head home, I was out of time, but at least I got to stretch my line. emoSun I am so glad to see the sun out and it suppose to warm up. Water temp was down, it was 41 to 43 depending on where I was. I sure hope it warms up by Saturday.

C-ya on the water. emoAngler Jmax
