I zeroed also, but my son (age 14 by hunting season) drew for a cow elk in unit 32. It is a November hunt and we know the unit well, so it looks like my son will be killing his first elk this November. I only hope I am not over confident.

My dad and I drew on a cow hunt during November again. I think we've only not drawn 1 year that we've applied during the last 15 or so, but we don't put in for the trophy hunts either. Better luck next time and good luck on your son's hunt!
