Two Idaho hunters will have some extra cash for gear and hunting supplies this fall.
<br>They were the winners drawn by computerized lottery from hunters who applied early in the big game controlled hunt application period, which ends Thursday, June 5.<br>
<br>Leroy Hult of Nampa won the May 15 drawing for $550, and Nathaniel T. Seal of Boise won the May 23 drawing for $450.<br>
<br>The drawing is sponsored by the Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation and funded by Outdoor Central. Outdoor Central supplies machines and services for Idaho Department of Fish and Game's computer license sales. By encouraging the early application process, the foundation and Outdoor Central hope to prevent overload on the computer terminals at license vendors in the final days of the application period.<br>
<br>The nonprofit Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation was established in 1990 to protect and sustain Idaho's fishing, hunting and wildlife heritage. Board members represent each region of the state.
