willard and farmington

Fished Willard this morning from the bank, with no luck. Fished both marinas and the channel with no luck. Stopped at farmington on the way home caught many fish.

Hey Poncho or anyone else that knows- I went to Farmington Pond yesterday afternoon for about 2 hours and only caught one lousy sucker. I tried wooly buggers, leeches, Mepps, Jakes, and other lures and had very few strikes. I was fishing where the Creek comes into the pond. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That was where I fished, I caught them on a chartruse roster tail and also on nightcrawlers under a bobber. I was there when the wind was blowing pretty good. About a half hour before I left the wind died down and so did the biting. I left about 4:00 they were still biting but it slowed way down.

I think word got out to those willard fish that you had been taking their pictures and posting them here. They decided to skunk ya for once! LOL

You are still up on me for the season, my wiper career has yet to begin!
