462 is correct about the state park pass, it only works at the state parks and it does not pay for the camping, just part of it. You can call and find out for sure but one of the guys said it takes $2 off the cost of camping at the state parks camp grounds. It does however pay the full cost of getting into the parks. I'm not sure about all the different launch areas at Utah lake but at least one is private and the state parks pass will not work there. Both of the launch areas at Deer creek are state owned, so the pass works there but again only for entry, not for camping. If you decide to buy one, there is a $5 off coupon in the fishing guide that will lower the cost to $70. I hope this helps and just as 462 said, it is a good deal, if you go often it can save you big $$$$$. WH2

As was stated already it would work at both ramps at Deer Creek. Provo is the only harbor on Utah Lake that takes it though.
