I went over to my favorite fishing hole today on the Rabbit river in Michigan. I found myself 4 hungry browns. All were in the 8-12 inch range. Caught them on mini silver jointed rapalas and they were all JUMPERS.
I almost felt bad because my wife (the one taking the pic) was fishing same spot with no luck at all. She was using similar lure but what made the difference I think was presentation. She was casting down stream bringing the lure up. I was casting above stream and bringing it down.
All were released.
