has anyone been to hyrum lately and how has the fishing been any info would be great thanks and good fishing

I took my boat out on Hyrum Sunday for it's first test-run of the season. I casted Panther Martins in a few places where I saw fish on the fish finder. No strikes. I did see a few folks dunking Power Bait and night crawlers that were doing pretty good.

Hyrum is always turbid in the spring and lures just don't seem to work well until the water clears up. However, if the fish are hungry they can find bait in the murkiest of water.
