Finally bit the bullet and bought Eskimos latest and greatest winter gear called Lockout. Bought their jacket and bibs. It has what they call Surefloat built in. Used it at Henry's at -20 below. I had on long john and a pair of sweats and a flannel shirt. Almost to hot. I should have bought this 10 years ago. Extra padding sewn into the knees for dropping down on your knees....Fantastic. Had to give about 300 but being warm and a little piece of mind that if this fat boy falls through he might have a chance. What gear do you like?

I have an Arctic Armour suite. I went through the ice at SFCR and feel it saved me. The brand was the first to offer a floatation feature. Hope you never have to try it out for flotation but it does set ones mind at ease on the ice. Congrats on the suite.
