Nice when a few lure designs catch a few species - SenkoSam - 10-11-2016 This lake is know for it's large pan fish, not so much for it's bass, but many species were caught on a few grub designs rigged on a 1/16 oz ballhead jig. Even caught fish on 2" of the tail of a plastic worm rigged on the same size jig. Bass were caught on 1/2 oz skirted jig heads and trailers, while the three other fish species were caught on 1/8 oz jigs and soft plastics. Perfect early fall day to be on the water!
