For reel repairs and maintenance, there is no one better than Ray the Reel Doctor. As for rods, I would like to know myself. Ray may know of one...his info is below.

Someone on here once gave me a phone number for Greg at Adaven Rods, he's a local rod builder. While he couldn't fix my rod, he was kind and honest enough to not bullshit me about it or sell me anything when I spoke to him, which I always appreciate.
I don't feel comfortable putting a stranger's phone number on here, but if you google "Adaven Rods" you'll find some forum posts where other people have already posted his number.
