Bear River high water flows - cpierce - 04-04-2016 They have started with the high water boating flows on the Bear River. The main flows are on the Black Canyon section below Grace Dam, but there is a corresponding flow increase below Oneida Dam in the same time periods. During 2016, boater flows are scheduled for the following dates: March 26 and 27 April 9 and 10 April 22, 23 and 24 May 7 and 8 On scheduled days, flows of 900 cfs or inflow, whichever is greater, will be provided on each day.
