Summer Bass / Lake Mead - vegaskid - 08-23-2013
Here are a few of the nicer bass I have caught so far this summer. They have come from all areas of the lake. Most were caught on a jig. Enjoy[fishin]

Lots of good looking fish! Best I have done this year is a 5 pounder. Madi best was a 4.5 smallie.
I caught my first double Striper last Thursday a week ago. Lost one as I swung them over the side so no picture for me. Caught a double LMB last fall. Fun stuff!

These fish are from all over the lake really. These are the best of hundreds of fish caught since June. This time of year I will catch 8-10 12" and smaller fish for every 1 13" or bigger fish. Big bass are hard to find at Mead[fishin]

What color jigs an what jig trailer? I primarily use brown n purple. Some kinda crawdad trailer. Brush? Big rocks? Points? This was 3.13 caught on crankbait.
