Lake Keowee Fishing Report - KeoweeBassman - 11-11-2003
Went this past Saturday with brother, caught about 15.... really a lot of fun. Just have to find the fish. Drop shot and Carolina rig the ticket now. More on Drop shot. Fish about 12-20 feet deep. Water temp about 74.
Also new local store.... "Woods and Water" going to have a tournament on Keowee this Saturday. Start is 6:30AM at South Cove. 100 % pay back..... just show up and pay.

[cool]Correct that trip was 15. Went this past Saturday fished a small tournament. Water temp was about 68. Tough day to catch any size. We did catch about 20 bass drop shotting. Other guys used a fluke weightless and other methods. We were culling by 11:30. Wound up with 5.5 pounds...for five little fish. (could not locate and bigger fish so we had no big fish at all) Only took 8 pounds to win. Fish in about 20 feet of water to 70 feet.

ya , I get them days too lol a hundred bass and not a single fish legal size lol
