State biologist Steve Gephard on Tuesday answered the question of whether Norwich is a viable location for year-round sportfishing before he even said a word.
“Sportfishing in Norwich: A Good Match” was the name of a presentation he gave to the City Council during an informational meeting to discuss the issue
