this blew through the other day in a matter of seconds! according to the news it was the biggest, most apocolyptic (according to the news) fastest moving sand storm to hit over here in over 75 years.

Wow that must raise hell with your equipment and aircraft, I noticed one parked on the flight line in the back ground, couldn't tell what it was for sure maybe a C-17. Being and old Jet Engine technician I'm sure that is a mess to clean up after even with intake and exhaust covers. That was something we never saw in Viet Nam just a hell of a lot of rain especially during the monsoon season. Thanks again for your time spent in that S%#* Hole. Hope you join us back here soon.
