knee pads - cpierce - 01-18-2011

I managed to pick up some knee pads on sale at a gardening supple store. They are light, flexible, and have long enough straps I shouldn't have any problem with them fitting over my waders and what ever I wear under my waders, depending on the season.

They look kind of like these:

I am on my knees a lot if I am fishing to spooky trout in streams and rivers. Plus I usually kneel to tie on flies etc. Has anyone else tried this to save some wear and tear on waders and knees?

I finally figured out where I had picked up my knee pads.

They are very light, flexible and as you can see inexpensive. They fit great over my waders, and I really think they will save on wear and tear on my knee area of my waders. Anyway they work for me.
