Southwestern Macks - idaho_grizz - 10-01-2010 Is there anywhere in SW Idaho that a person could catch a mack? I would like to fish a little for some larger fish, closer to the area I live. I see guys on sites in Oregon with 10 to 16 LBS macks, Wishing there was a place closer to this part of the state. I guess there are always steelhead, but would like to troll for something big. You might say you are centrally located . . . There may be other areas stocked also you might check F&G website. Then I would call sporting goods stores local to that area and see if they are fished for there and with what.
