Hi im new to BFT - Samtheman711 - 09-22-2010
[fishin]I was looking to get into pike and muskie. I was wanting to know what reel and rods are good to use and what is a good line because I use fireline now. What is a good line set-up. Sorry to be such a rookie but i just want to get off to a good start with this. any help would be great.

Hi sam,
we are going to know some things about the lake you are going to be fishing like:
water color(clear or brown or something like that)
how big the pike and muskie are
how much time do you have fishing (what would you rate your self as a fisher)
what store would you like to go to bass pro (if you have one in your state) or walmart ?
with the line I use Cajun red cast I fish in some or clean water or brown water
