I want Smelt, i hear the only good place to get them is duck Lake channel, (near me) but that is a good 10 miles away and to check that daily would put me back into poverty. So how can I know when to gowithout checking it every night? anyone else checking the channel? or other area near muskegon?

weve got some of the peir at port sheldon in the past years..i always went there with a guy who had permision to get to the peir..they do give out trespasing tickets..
