We use them to fish for muskies and northern primarily, but every once in awhile we will hookup with a huge Smallmouth that's looking for a big meal.

Some of the lure manufacturers will make species specific lures. Some of those species are not in all states.[cool]

First muskie i ever caught was on a muskie killer , Ive always got 3 or 4 in my bait box. big bass like em to. I bought the first one over 30 years ago.

I caught my first Musky on a Mepps Musky Killer.

I always keep a Musky Killer a Giant Killer and a Musky Marabou in my box at all times.

Mepps is incredible.
