My sister sent me these today. She lives in Minnesota. She didn't tell me anything else or who shot it... great looking whitetail though..

That deer migrated over from Wisconsin (dairy land) where it obvious was a direct result of deer breeding with Holstein cows! LOL

I would like to hunt that area he came from the next year or two and see what offspring he might have produced there.... I am gonna call my sister tomorrow and find out more information about this deer...... I will post anything I find out about it....

Cool pic ive seen this before on other hunting forums it is an example of a leucistic animal. In other words he suffered from a pigment cell or chromatophore defect.

Yeah, I got an email of this disorder too. It was a doe though not a buck.
It's just a rare coloration like albinos, except it's like 1 in 100,000,000.
There actually was a photo turned in to KSL outdoors last year of a Mule Deer doe that had the same thing. I think it was up in Henefer.

All of your guys are wrong. Minnesota does not issue "tags" for their big game animals. They issue you a can of spray paint in which you have to mark your animal with 10 spots. Each animal has its own color. In this case the White Tail Deer gets white!!!
