I couldn't get them to be effective in freshwater. I was however able to get them to slay in the big Salty.[cool]

I had poor results as well, but some folks swear by them.. Give them a try as long as you bought them. I have found other baits to be more effective.

That could be the reason. I do believe though that the salt gives them more nuetral bouyancy.
It helps the action and since there are more predator species in the ocean, they are always looking for a smaller fish to attack and eat.[cool]
