Its nice to have one with the heater going to go in and get warm though. And the heat is nice in case you get your gloves wet or something like that. I would say its better to have one and not use it, Than to not have one and need it. If I'm on foot I go as light as I can but, if I bring the quad with I bring more junk and might just tow the portable behind just in case. A lot of times, fish move and if you sit in one spot you're sure to miss out on the motherload. I've only used one once and it was because we were staying overnight... [signature]
